Welcome to Shevet Paamon The Philadelphia chapter of the Israeli Scouts (Tzofim). Shevet Paamon is more than a youth movement - it’s a home. 

Every Sunday, chanichim (kids) in grades 3–12 come together in a vibrant, Hebrew-speaking community built on friendship, leadership, and belonging. Here, teens educate teens, role models grow naturally, and every chanich/a is seen, challenged, and supported. Rooted in Israeli spirit and Jewish values, our programs blend outdoor adventure, hands-on building, creativity, and meaningful conversations. Through camping, teamwork, and experiential learning, our chanichim develop confidence, responsibility, resilience, and a deep sense of connection to themselves, to each other, to Israel, and to the Jewish people. Shevet Paamon is open to all families who want their children to strengthen their Hebrew, deepen their Jewish and Israeli identity, and be part of a warm, engaged community. This is where friendships are built. This is where leaders grow. This is where community feels like family.
